Refund policy for payments on the “Master Wang” website
Version of October 14, 2026.

1. If Full access doesn't work as described, write to us within 14 days of payment and we'll refund that payment in full. Creem makes the refund to the same card; how soon it arrives depends on your bank.
2. After a refund, access from that payment ends. Lessons, progress and results stay in your account.
3. Cancelling auto-renewal is not a refund: it stops future charges, and the paid period stays.
4. If you were charged without your consent or twice, write to us: we'll look into it and refund the extra.
5. Payments with Telegram Stars are refunded under the bot's rules, in the bot.
6. Contact: email support@masterwang.app or in Telegram: @milana_china_bot, command /support. Include your email or account name and the payment date. We reply within 3 business days.
7. Refunds are made only by Creem, which processed the payment. If we haven't replied within 7 days, contact Creem support: https://www.creem.io/contact.
